    • Dmitriy Kosovskiy

      Dmitriy Kosovskiy

      Director & Master Teacher of Piano

      A native of Belarus (former Soviet Union), Mr. Kosovskiy began piano studies at the age of 6. Since coming to the United States in 1999, Dmitriy has participated in numerous local and national competitions and in 2002 began his undergraduate and graduate studies in Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of Washington under the guidance of Prof. Craig Sheppard and Prof. Patricia Michaelian.

    • Vera Gerasimov

      Vera Gerasimov

      Advanced Teacher of Piano

      Vera Gerasimov has received her music degree from Special Music College in the Former Soviet Union. In addition to graduating with a piano pedagogy degree, Vera has also received the music degree with an emphasis in Choral Conducting. Since completing both music degrees, Vera has been working as a piano teacher in Russia and was actively involved in various chamber music ensemble performances.

      Zhao Zhao Yang

      Master Teacher of Piano

      Dr. Zhao Zhao Yang was born in Beijing and began learning the piano at the age of four. In 1991, her family migrated to Sydney, Australia, and she had her first performance at the Sydney Opera House in the Suzuki Graduation concert at the age of nine. She received a full music scholarship to attend St. Catherine’s School and won several prizes in competitions in and around Sydney.

      Dante Dilanni

      Master Teacher of Piano

      Dr. Dante Lorenzo DiIanni specializes in solo classical performance and 19th-century vocal accompaniment. During his time in England, he completed a Master of Music in collaborative piano at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and also held residencies at the Aldeburgh and Oxford Lieder Festivals. Dr. DiIanni received his Doctor of Musical Arts degree in piano from Stony Brook University, and also holds a Bachelor of Music from the Manhattan School of Music, and master degrees in performance and political science. Dr. DiIanni’s principal mentors have included: Anthony DiVittorio, Laurent Boukobza, Phillip Kawin, Andrew West, and Christina Dahl.

      Chinh Le

      Advanced Teacher of Violin

      Chinh Le was born in Vietnam and came to the US in 1980. Mr. Le completed his Bachelor of Music from Indiana University, where he studied under Joseph Gingold, Rostislav Dubinsky, Yuval Yaron and Nelli Scholnikova. In 1991 he joined Community School of Music (CSMA) as a violin faculty where he leads private, group lessons and chamber music classes. He also prepared students for orchestral auditions and well as ABSRM exams.

      Sasha Burdin

      Master Teacher of Piano

      Sasha Burdin (also known as Alexander Ponomarchuk) is a concert and jazz pianist, composer, bandleader, and a piano teacher. He has prepared and presented concert programs in Russia, Europe, and the US.

      He holds Master of Music degrees from Bowling Green State University, Ohio and Maimonides State Classical Academy in Moscow, Russia. He is currently completing his doctorate in piano performance at the University of Iowa under the tutelage of Dr. Uriel Tsachor.

      Dr. Anna Siampani

      Advanced Teacher of Piano

      A native of Greece, Anna Siampani is a classical pianist, a pedagogue, and a researcher.

      A recipient of numerous prizes in solo and chamber music competitions and exhibitions, she has appeared in solo and collaborative recitals in Greece, Austria, China and the US. Among others, Anna has been chosen to perform in the first PanHellenic Piano Festival, as well as in the European Transnational Program “Youth in Action,” in cooperation with the Hellenic Culture Foundation in Berlin. In 2018, she made her debut appearance in China, where she presented solo, duo, and lecture recitals, honoring Debussy’s centennial anniversary.

      Vasily Chukhlov

      Teacher of Violin

      Vasily Chukhlov received his Master Degree in violin and viola performance and teaching from The Kazakh State Conservatory under the guidance of professor V. Hess. After winning State Competition, Vasily accepted a position of an assistant concertmaster of the State Opera and Ballet Theatre as well as a associate concertmaster of the Almaty Philharmonic. His teaching career started at the Special Conservatory Prep School.
